Bill Shapard

Founder & CEO

Since 2004, Bill has been a non-partisan, independent pollster in Oklahoma, working for the news media, associations and interest groups. He is also the founder and CEO of ShapardResearch, a full-service primary market research firm, having conducted quantitative and qualitative studies in every state in the continental United States. Earlier in his career, Bill worked in political campaigns for both Democrats and Republicans.
